The story
Larkhollow keeps time by its seven bells. Today, at the stroke of noon, they were simply gone: no crash, no thieves, only seven ropes still swaying in an empty tower. Since then the town has begun to stutter. Kettles boil and go cold again. A dog barks the same bark twice. The town's master clockmaker has not been seen for three days, and in the back wall of her shuttered workshop there is a door that was never there before. It ticks. A fantasy mystery for three to five player characters, playable in a single session. Investigate a town losing its grip on the hour, open a door no key will fit, and follow the missing bells into the country that lies between one second and the next.
Noon arrives in Larkhollow and not one bell rings. Something has taken the town's seven bells out of time, and the clocks have started to run the wrong way.
